Shareholders invited to Nakilat’s EGM

Nakilat’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been postponed, after the number of shareholders in attendance did not reach the quorum.
The Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly meetings will be held on Tuesday, 19th March 2019, at the same venue, La Cigale Hotel, at 4:30 p.m., at “Al Wajba” Ballroom and all shareholders are encouraged to attend.
