Doha, Qatar, 19 August 2026: Nakilat’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been postponed due to not achieving the required legal quorum for the 1st EGM held on Wednesday, August 19th, 2026.
The 2nd Extraordinary General meeting will be held on Monday, August 24th, 2026, electronically using Zoom application platform at 4:00 PM, and all shareholders are invited to attend. Registration will begin one hour before the meeting (in person), starting from 3:00 PM at Nakilat’s Headquarters, Tower 121, The Pearl, Ground Floor, Doha. Upon registration, link will be shared for electronically participating in the meeting.
