Nominations for Nakilat Board of Directors

• The opening of the nomination period was announced in two daily newspapers published in Arabic on (25/2/2019), (28/2/2019) and (6/3/2019).
• The nomination period has been open for ten (10) days starting from 8 am on Monday 25 February 2019 until 12 noon on Thursday, 7 March 2019.
• During this period, three candidates submitted their application forms to fill the two independent board member seats, as follows:
  • Mr. Eisa Hilal Al-Kuwari
  • Mr. Hamad Mubarak Al-Muhannadi
  • Mr. Eisa Khalid Al-Maslamani
• One candidate applied to fill the seat of non-independent member :
  • Mr. Faisal Abdul Wahid Al-Hamadi “Representative of General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority”
