Doha, Qatar, 24 August 2026: Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. (Nakilat) Q.P.S.C. held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) today via videoconference after reaching legal quorum, and all items on the agenda were endorsed during the EGM.
The shareholders at the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting also approved all proposed amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, as published on the Company’s website on July 28, 2026.
