
IHSAN welcomes Nakilat delegation for a Ramadan ‘Iftar with IHSAN Elderly Residents’

Qatar Foundation for Elderly People Care (IHSAN) welcomed a delegation from the Qatari Marine Transport Company Nakilat to its headquarters located in the Airport area, as a part of the foundation’s program that aims in involving the Elderly residents within society. The delegation had their “Iftar” with the elderly residents and the staff members of IHSAN in a family atmosphere full of unity and bliss. The elderly residents of IHSAN expressed their happiness of the Nakilat visit as well as sharing their “Iftar” with the company whilst Qatar Foundation for Elderly People Care (IHSAN) honored the delegation of Nakilat for their initiative and efforts that brought joy and festivities to the elderly residents.
In this respect, the Director of Public Relations Department of IHSAN – Khloud Abdullah Al-Malky – welcomed Nakilat’s delegation and expressed her appreciation for them visiting the elderly residents in the foundation, assuring that this initiative was part of the Foundation’s program that aimed in evolving the message of the elderly residents within the Qatari community. Moreover, Khloud considered this initiative as a distinguished one wishing that the other organizations and institutions in the State of Qatar to follow the steps of Nakilat and interact with the elderly people in the society. Furthermore Khloud Al-Malky stressed over the importance of the cooperation between Nakilat and IHSAN in the favor of the Elderly people and to accomplish the Foundation’s goals that aimed in secureing a safe and dignified life for them in the State of Qatar. .
Mr. Rashid Al Marri, Administration Director at Nakilat affirmed the felicitousness of Nakilat’s delegation that shared Ramadan “Iftar” with the elderly residents and communicated with them. He added “Nakilat’s delegation was aiming to send a message to the elderly society that we are supporting them and to express our gratitude and appreciation to the elderly residents for their efforts and contribution in developing our society especially during the holy month of Ramadan. He also invited all the organizations and the institutions in the State of Qatar to share the elderly society in their fruitful programs, assuring that this is considered as a minor effort in comparison to what our fathers and mothers exerted all over the last years for us to be living in such a welfare and developed country.” Mr. Rashid Al Marri expressed his gratitude of this cooperation with “IHSAN” wishing this to be continuous in the future.
